basically the small fee to access the TSB's isn't to make it hard to get them, it's to make sure they're getting into the right hands. It's only $2.50 I believe...very cheap for someone needing that information, but enough to ward away people just browsing. It's like having specialty tools for sale ...

The Kizashi is an all-SMC platform. That, and SMC and GM have 100% parted ways...SMC is in bed with Volkswagen now.
