Re: Kizashi in snow!

Man, that looks like fun! Great car, great color, great video! Great car but the AWD is useless and a waste of money..I love AWDs but the one in this car sucks big time and that's no exageration.. Care to explain? I haven't had to use the AWD on mine yet, but what about it makes it useless? I would...

Re: kizashi gas mileage

It is always nice to see some real world numbers. I think the dealer sold the only Kisashi in town :( (A good thing I suppose) Just when the ice was finally starting to melt. I'll probably have to wait for them to get another one now. Mine isn't broken in yet but I filled it up and put 110 miles ci...

Re: Who is our first actual kizashi owner?

Not sure if I'm the actual first on the board but I'll be the first to reply. We bought an SLS model on Saturday the 19th. Originally I had intended to only go and test drive one to compare it to the other options out there, but after driving the car it pretty much sold itself. The CVT will definit...

Re: Changing Kizashi's Oil can be a Messy Job

As I always do..I changed my own Oil in my Kizashi SLS at 2733 miles with Royal Purple 5w30 Synthetic...Still a simple job, as with most oil changes..after all you can train a Chimp to change your oil  ..but anyway. First off, you have to remove one of the plastic panels from under the car, an...

Re: Looking for info about Navi for Kazashi

I've looked all over, I've seen they will come with Garmin Navigations which will be built into dash. Some have hinted at Magellan Navi's. I see more Garmin than other brands, but no pics or locked in info. I'd love to see some pictures, and info if anyone has any. This has a big role in my conside...

Re: Check Oil Level on New Kizashi

The new Kizashi engine is a 2.4 L, as is the Grand Vitara. However, the Kizashi requires only 4.8 qts while the Grand Vitara requires 5.5 quarts. My new Kizashi arrived with too much oil. After talking to the dealer it was discovered that the technician mistakenly assumed that the Kizashi requires ...

Re: Kizashi in snow!

Enjoy! I just bought an SLS and the AWD is the only thing I was dissapointed with. Doesn't compare to Subarus AWD not even close. I got stuck in the snow one hour after I picked the car up..If I would have known how useless the AWD was I would have saved a thousand bucks and did without it or bough...
