Re: service campaign received in mail
Just got a letter from Suzuki Canada today and it's about a service campaign. Owning the vehicle for less than a month and already starting to replace parts on the car.........not a good start lol. I've owned a lot of cars over the past 35 years of driving, and I don't think I have ever owned a new...

Re: Snow Tires are in the garage
Snow tires designed for good traction in the snow, Snow tires should be put on as late in the winter season as possible, and taken off as soon as the threat of snow is over for the season. I agree to that as a general statement, but in Montreal we have to have winter tires on the car "BY LAW&q...

Re: recommended engine oil manufacturer and viscosity?
Had my First oil change done several weeks ago at Walmart.
Was changing to Synthetic and after they finished the guy realized he put regular oil in so they drained it again, put in a new filter and filled it with Penzoil Full Synthetic 5w-30. So I got a fill, flush and fill.

Re: Radio cuts out after ten minutes
Jeez Dude, I really hate to say I told you so, but.....I TOLD YOU SO    Your dealer should have checked with the Susuki Head Office, they would have very likely told them to change the amp first as it's been a known issue for some time now. Anyway, glad it's working properly now. Enjoy.

Re: What made you choose a Kizashi??
I was kind of hooked the minute I saw the first ad in Car and Driver. They put a small postcard with a picture of a Silver SLS and I loved it. A month or 2 later they had a full page ad, same picture and that was about the time we were think about another car (the convertible gets stored for the win...

Re: Radio cuts out after ten minutes
Ours started that after a couple of weeks too. It is a known issue with some of the factory amps. Just talk to your service manager and they will order you a new amp. It's an easy change out as it's in the trunk.

Re: Winter Driving
We got about a foot of snow over the last 2 days, and this thing is awesome in the snow. My wife had to go about 50 miles last night after work and was very nervous about the roads. When she got home the first thing she said was "this car is a tank in the snow, I love it". Just Sharing.......
