Re: Autonomous Vehicles NOT Ready for Prime-Time

Howdy Kuro... Doing well, staying bug free (social distancing is in my nature), and most importantly, still employed...for the time being. Things are just now starting to improve with large prospect quoting and the odd nickel/dime job trickling in here and there. And here we go again...the country /...

I’m curious as to what works for you?

Cats. Never had a rodent problem (or any other critter like squirrels). 100% fool-proof, inside or out, guaranteed. And I live in the middle of Amish farmland.

Re: 2010 Suzuki Kizashi Not Getting Any Power

Along similar lines as the rodent damage inspection suggestion, these cars are getting to the age where electrical connection corrosion is going to start to become a gremlin. Grounds to be specific. If your in a wet, humid, freezing (salty) environment, you're going to have to start inspecting for t...

Re: Service Manual

I'm not a virtual (machine) kinda guy... especially away from work. A paper manual (a simple book) is the better solution. Never fails unless the house burns to the ground. I love the fact that one needs to maintain an outdated tool (XP/Win7 on some PC), to maintain another tool (a lousy service man...

Re: Service Manual

Everyone wants a pdf...unless someone took the painstaking time to click and print it all, then scan it all, and is willing to share their labor...we're screwed. I used to be able to run that goofy .RAR thing on my old XP machine for the SX4 and Kiashi, but that laptop won't boot any longer. I was n...

Same thing as an engine coolant radiator w/an electric fan that takes a dump, it overheats. In a CVT, that equals very bad. I'd keep the stock cooler in place and add the secondary w/ the electric fan in series.

Re: Traded in the Kizashi

The older Kizashi's styling is still better. Haven't been a fan of the Toyota/Lexus Darth-Vader front ends. I'm fairly certain Suzuki left the states in part due to their KISS roots. More tech was never in Suzuki's DNA and the masses here can't get enough of it. Your observation regarding handling i...
