I think the definition of exotic as "different in a striking or fascinating way" fits. People look at my car like it's a Bugatti or something. Garage attendants leave my car smiling and treat it special. They drive plenty of BMWs and other premium cars but they seem bored with those.

Another area you may want to look into is how the car will hold up in the long term. I have been around a few Altimas and Nissans over the last few years, and noticed they get noisy and rattly after a short while. My feeling is that the build quality of the Kizashi is above the Altima.

Onto the next dealership which couldn't possibly be worse than Bronx Suzuki. If you are in the NYC area, Bergenfield Suzuki (NJ) might be worth the trip. The paddle shifters don't make all that much difference.
Being a much more engaging experience to drive than Altimas, Optimas I 've driven is what convinced me.

Someone simply tossed a loose piece of the rear bumper cover into the car. No worries.
I've seen other rear-end collision damage shots of the Kizashi and in all of them the cabin looks to be very well isolated.

The first dings and scratched hurt the most. They glare out at you every time you approach the car. You will get more, so just calm down, save your money. Take the time to shop around. Some folks will wait and get accumulated dings/scratches repaired at one time - probably cheaper than getting them ...
