I acctually checked cars.com yesterday for a friend and quite a few new Kizashis found there way to local dealerships. Do a new search on cars.com or autotrader and you will see there are a bunch in the area now. I'd go check out some more cars. I always try to avoid buying cars in accidents.

It won't be able to make any adjustments for the tire size. With the 245/40 you will have only about a 2% difference so I wouldn't even worry about it. Your driving style and tire pressures will have more effect on mpg than those tires.
