Engine and Coolant?
Hello, I have owned my Kizashi for approximately 10 months now and for over a month I have noticed a very strong "sweet" smell coming from under the hood. It occurs every time I drive the car, and after many times taken into the dealer for service, the technicians can't find anything wrong with it, no leaks or other problems. The smell is very strong at times, noticing it right away when getting out of the car. Anyone else had this problem? Suggestions?
What was the coolant level in your reservoir like before you took it in to the dealer?
Keep a close eye on it from now on. If it is coolant, the level will drop, it may take some time to be noticeable. Mine is almost a year old, and the level hasn't changed a bit in 11,000 miles. Still dead nuts on the full line when cold.
