Finally had a chance to pick up my car. They told me that they removed the front suspension cradle and extracted the left front suspension bolt. According to the mechanic by dropping the suspension they were able to actually unscrew the bolt (which they couldn't do with the suspension in place). They then replaced the other three bolts, then put everything back together and aligned the front end.

Bootymac was interested in part numbers for the bolts. 2 separate numbers, one for the front bolts and one for the back.

Which is front or back I don't know.

Lastly, thanks everyone for the info provided. I at least knew this was something that needed to be taken care of.

Glad it's resolved and thanks for the update.

With your part numbers I was able to find a diagram that included the bolts. The other diagrams I saw before didn't have the hardware, and they don't appear to be readily available online.
