It appears Suzuki is trying to sell access to their Technical Service Bulletins. Make sure to let your dealer know that you think it is total bull shit to sell access to TSB. They should be public. It isn't expensive to get access, but if you own the car you shouldn't have to pay for access to the TSBs.

I'll wait for a few more before I shell out the money.

basically the small fee to access the TSB's isn't to make it hard to get them, it's to make sure they're getting into the right hands. It's only $2.50 I believe...very cheap for someone needing that information, but enough to ward away people just browsing. It's like having specialty tools for sale on a tool truck but not at most stores: the public can get them if needed, but it keeps them out of the hands of people who don't know what they're doing.

Apparently, Suzuki took away the access all together.

Here's the new site:

http://pitstop.repairinfo.com/home/thepitstop.asp

It seems like you need a special login, likely a dealer's credentials

This is not good news given that many Suzuki dealers are sub-par in terms of keeping up with service bulletins/recalls issues. For Toyota owners, this information is freely accessible so that they can gain the knowledge on their own and confront the dealers on issues when necessary.

Suzuki...are you listening?

Hi Senegal,
I am a new member here looking aroung when I found your post.
The web address you listed is out dated.
Suzuki's current service website is http://www.suzukipitstopplus.com.
It has all the service related info and tools available.
And there is no membership required.
It is pretty cool, I use it all the time for info.
