Drove 300 miles to Ohio to pick up some new seats for the Firefly. Got bored along the way, so I took it up to 120 mph just to see how it felt. Felt fine, not much different than 80, could have just kept it there if it were legal.

Haha, nice. Not sure I have the gusto for that speed, but it does feel uncomfortably comfortable at high speed... false sense of security imo. Never know what'll pop out including police

Hey, at least you know your brakes are up to extra-legal speeds. Had mine at 100+ for ages on my trips from Florida and braking was always superb. Not as confident about that in my new car. More heft and smaller brakes.

Finally managed 400 miles on a tank! Filled up and had a little over 1.5 gallons left in the tank.

Aw man :(

I left a steep incline once, my license plate took the beating, but it was still one of the uglier sounds I've heard, next to a dollar sized rock hitting my front bumper on the highway.

Guess I should clarify that my lp is attached beneath the middle of the front lip, not between the grills

I have a very steep driveway to my apt so the underside of my bumper is rashed to hell. But I don't care, since the paint is chipping so fast it's not worth worrying about.
