I wonder how the car is doing in China. The Kizashi was really intended for North America despite being a global car, but the car as it is could do well in China as an alternative market. However, the political tensions between Japan and China have hurt Japanese companies and many Chinese people boycott Japanese brands.

When I visited China, I saw very few Suzukis. Most cars were VW or Hyundai. I'm quite sure that without success in China (which I doubt), the Kizashi will be discontinued shortly.

I love the wheels in chrome! I thought they would be too loud, but they actually seem to fit the car.

Are these chrome plated or just mirror polished?

doesn't matter the political tensions between Japan and China? People over here they prefer the big car.Suzuki is a synonymous with the "small car".
Certainly a sum of extremist they hated any thing made in Japan even they doesn't know their BMW a part of OEM parts comes from Japan.

No more then 3000 Kizashi units has been sold in China market. most are MT.
