Cost for the different options?

I'm assuming you just replaced yours, which option did you go with?

I have yet to replace the filter. I am still collecting data about aftermarket filters availability. The dealer’s price is outrageous, over $150.

I contacted UAC about their filter. They said they didn’t sell it, and sent me to their competitor, who doesn’t even list anything for Kizashi. That was confusing.

$150!...that's not right, list should be something like 50ish, I got an OE filter at the local zuk dealer for $39.

Rock Auto still isn't listing a Fram Fresh Breeze for the Kizashi yet. I use those in the SX4, great filter and far superior to OE.

I just had a 15000km service done on my Kizashi at Cars Suzuki, Red Deer. The cabin filter needed replacing. The price of this part (# 95861-57L00) was $125.00!! What can make a 8"x8" paper filter worth $125.00??? At my complaining the dealer said his cost was over $100.00 so, if true, that is a fair markup.
I am in the process of getting out of our Mercedes Sprinter based motorhome because of the high service costs (or as I say " I am tired of $500.00 oil changes) and if Suzuki if going rape me with prices like above, this will be my last zuk. (Suzuki owner since 1979)

I see one here listed for $13.58 for a 2011 Kizashi, from a company in Wisconsin.

According to ROCKAUTO.COM, the filter for Kizashi is same as some of the other Nissan trucks. Here is the list

NISSAN FRONTIER (2005 - 2010)
NISSAN PATHFINDER (2005 - 2010)
NISSAN XTERRA (2006 - 2011)
SUZUKI EQUATOR (2009 - 2011)
SUZUKI KIZASHI 2011

Since many auto shops do not have parts listed specifically for Kizashi, getting cabin air filter for one of the other vehicles would be the best way to go.

Searching for Nissan Xterra I found this http://www.amazon.com/CF10553-Fresh-Bre ... B003YNWBH0 Fram fresh breeze filter. I am going to for this one next.
