Im looking to get a 2010 sls and I want to know if there is an exact or very similar body kit to replicate the 2011 sls sport?

No, the 2010 and 2011 GTS and SLS look different.
For 2011, the GTS and SLS got the "Sport" trimming including the front fascia, side sills and chrome trim, and the rear spoiler. It also got the lightweight 18 inch wheels in addition to a lowered suspension by 10mm.
I have not seen a kit to make a 2010 look like a 2011. In fact, I'm sure you can't do much about the front fascia other than to get a whole new bumper.

Interesting. I didn't know the 2010 SLS didn't have all the chrome accents.
Did the basic shape of the SLS bumper change between 2010 and 2011? Or was it more like the SE?

It was to differentiate the Sport models that had different wheels, a suspension drop, and the trimming to go with it (bumper, side sills, chrome trim, and rear spoiler).

There's two versions of the 18" wheels too. Did 2010 only have the non-sport version?

After the Sport version came out, they then offered the older 18's on the SE. That's why there are two versions of the 18's after MY 2011. However, the Sport versions are lighter in weight. 2 lbs lighter per wheel is what I've read.
