Re: The life of Craig's Kizashi

So sad to see the changes made to your car now. It looked so good when you first got it, dark colored body with the bright silver wheels and chrome accents. Even the window air deflectors looked good. Now it just looks like another dark blob moving down the road. So disgusting how deranged stylist ...

Re: A few technical questions

Hi. I'm not a professional so these are just opinions of mine: 1. Ampere is a measure of electrical current. If a vehicle is rated for an 85A battery and you put in a 70A, I imagine that the vehicle will not have the proper current for some things. While it might not matter for most things, it shoul...

Re: Headlight Bulb Replacement

Like Old Tech stated, it's a pull-out and push-in part. You probably don't have Daytime Running Lights though because you are in Australia. I have a post dedicated to these tiny bulbs called Position Lights. I've changed mine to PIAA LEDs years ago and haven't worried about them since. https://www.k...

I see McLarens far more frequently than I do Kizashis.

Re: Service engine, hill hold disabled & ESP error messages FIX

Thanks for the details but this topic has come up before. The Kizashi can be very dramatic when the only issue is a weak, dying battery. I've seen this happen myself and when the car fails to start properly more than once in a short duration, I suspect the battery immediately despite any of the othe...

Re: Headlight Bulb Replacement

Apologies for reviving this old thread. For the screws, apart from Suzuki, are there any alternate suppliers? Am in Western Australia and there is only ONE suzuki dealer! Read the thread, thanks for the tips and pointers on how to remove, testing etc. While testing realised that the W5W bulb blew. ...

Re: Is 2011 model suzuki kizashi support bluetooth?

Hi and welcome. Whether your Kizashi supports Bluetooth depends on the trim level of your car. Does your car have the Rockford Fosgate stereo or navigation? Either of these will have Bluetooth. Unfortunately, I'm not too familiar with the Kizashi trims and packages sold in the Middle East but there ...

Re: Creaky swaybar

Ah, makes sense as I've had great luck with Super Lube which contains PTFE. I also appreciate that it's multi-purpose because I can use it for dielectric grease and lubing O-rings and threads for my outdoor gear like flashlights. It took me a while to find a tube but I eventually got one at Harbor F...

Re: Creaky swaybar

Hey Woodie, So I have the same RRM rear sway bar which was made by Progress. I put stickers on my tool boxes so I recall that the bar came with the Progress sticker so I realized they were the manufacturer. Anyhow, I had the exact same issue a short time after putting on the RRM 19mm bar. The rear b...

That's what I call a Ki"scar"shi.
But honestly, looks like a high quality stitch. Looks badass, like scarface or something.
