Re: you guys see this?

Now Suzuki needs to have a better marketing advertisement in the United States and around the world. A consumer would definitely get their bang for their buck purchasing this car. (IMO) I agree. I have to say that I haven't seen many Kizzies around this part of town. No dealerships on the eastern s...

Re: Now that you've had it a while...

Tried several options form dead stop: 1. Turning traction control off - no impact - still really slow up to 15mph. 2. Starting in 1st Manual mode - ditto. It looks like only a modification of some other control component would possibly help. It may be that Suzuki has set it up this way to protect t...

Re: K&N Filters Now Avalible for Kizashi

Yeah, I didn't start driving aggressively until I hit the 1,000 mile mark, but now I find myself getting after it more often then not. I wouldn't say this car isn't fast though... wait until you hit an on-ramp going about 25mph and drop the hammer... you will be doing 70 before you know it! That's ...

Re: K&N Filters Now Avalible for Kizashi

Senegal that article points to some interesting conclusions. I'll simply say "In God we trust. All others bring data". I'm sure that if you ask of it, K&N will provide testing results that show conclusively that it's filter boosts performance in the Kiz. Should you worry that it also p...

Re: Now that you've had it a while...

Kizashi is just fine in the snow..other than one incident on this forum where an excited owner tried to drive the car in 10 foot of snow, obviously not realizing the car's clearance measures less than 6 inches I drove in snow while in Oregon just on std tires (18")....went thru some hills and ...

Re: Now that you've had it a while...

I wonder how that CVT is in the snow while in manual mode? I tend to think sticks give better throttle control in the snow, but I'm a fan of manual trannies anyway. Now if they came out with a Kiz that had a dual clutch sequential tranny as in the GTR I'd like to try that in the snow! :D Awwwkkk!!! ...

Re: Now that you've had it a while...

Subaru engines are peculiar for their "noises". Sometimes my car runs along silky smooth and quiet. Sometimes it's noisy with a lot of valve noise. From the forums I've learned it's just the nature of the Subie boxer enigne. Nothing to worry about, and in nine years, I haven't. ;) Still, i...

Just imagine people searching for info about the Kiz, and they come across this thread. I think they will feel pretty good about the car from reading your posts.
