Can the dash board be removed? If so then a something like Dynamat or something similar could change the resonant frequency of the dash board and possibly improve the rattle.

There are also 18" rim+tire combinations which can save about 10lb per wheel. Can anyone comment on the difference a lightweight set of wheels makes?
