Re: OEM Muffler Sources?
Yeah, the local junk yard I know has access to Kizashis, won't sell exhaust components. Will the units you have require welding? I see from parts diagrams the front pipe is bolted/gasketed while the rear looks like a plain pipe.

OEM Muffler Sources?
I just want to replace the regular OEM muffler in my 2010 Kizashi, no mods, no turbo-flow, just stock. Are there any sources besides Suzuki?

Re: Finally Solved!!!!! Steering lock error no start
Steering lock issue was starting show up on warm dry days so after at least 100 routines of step out - lock and unlock then get back in, I decided to get the lock module replaced. The dealer price had come down to $272 and I was quoted 2 hrs labor. When I ordered the part I asked if they had done ma...

So after at least 100 routines of step out - lock and unlock then get back in, I decided to get the lock module replaced. The dealer price had come down to $272 and I was quoted 2 hrs labor. When I ordered the part I asked if they had done many of these; the service guy said a couple of dozen or so....

Re: Flashing lights on firewall?
I did buy it used in 2012 with 33 k on it. Just passed 150k. Aside from part availability, this is a pretty solid car.
I'll take a closer look and get back.

Flashing lights on firewall?
Doing some work under the hood at dusk and I noticed 3 (total) green and red flashing leds behind the battery near the firewall. Thing is, the car was turned off... Is this the on board computer/ECM? Why was it powered up? Hmm.

Re: Rear Shock Mount Availability
The mount is not part of the shock absorber but what captures the shock when it is attached to the body in the wheel well.
The bolts are tough. I already sheared one of the ones from the broken part.

Rear Shock Mount Availability
Just a heads up . One of my rear shock mounts broke in two. Have ordered part but am told it is on 3-6 week backorder. :( Seems to be a problem since one of the service shops I called has four on order they are waiting for. Am told the car is not safe to drive so I am resorting to buying a used one ...

Re: Headlamp Assembly, Depo Problems
Sorry for the Delay... the turn blinkers were flat out dead (no hyperflash) on both DEPO units. I ordered an original part from a local salvage yard ($200). All brackets were intact. The connector slid together nicely and gave a solid "click" . All lights worked and I am back in business! ...
