Just so as our American cousins don't get confused all "A series engines" were OHV (overhead valve) engines and replaced the earlier side valve engines which looked like the one in the picture below (last of the 803cc side valve engines)

Shame about the Kizashi but there you go an opportunity missed due to the reasons we all know, the Swift and other models sold in the UK seem to be doing alright at the moment according to my dealer but I can't see anything mainstream in those concept models except maybe the Ignis.

Yes the CVT in our cars is not the best and it would not take kindly to overload engine tuning torque output, but to say its not designed for acceleration is not strictly true you just have to balance the drive by wire throttle pedal position to the engine RPM in D to get the best out of it which do...

That's the normal operation for the front sensors, I would suggest you leave a bigger gap to the car in front
