Has anyone had any issues with there Kizashi shuttering when you are stopping or first begin to idle? If so what was your solution?

So one air vent manuever piece broke off. Then my car went into the shop and i noticed that another one was missing. What is the piece called and where can i get it? It controls the direction of air flow.
