What's the magic for manually ejecting dvd/cd?

I put the emergency brake on and now I see the phone book

Accordin g to another post, you have to have the emergency break on to access. Doing so worked for me.

I had just posted a problem (no solution) before I saw this thread. Any ideas?:

I have just purchased a 2011 Kizashi SLS with DNX6020EX. I have a Droid phone with Verizon. The phone and DNX connect and I can make and recieve calls. I also get the incoming, outgoing and missed calls. However, the phone book is not showing up on the DNX. I both manually sent it from phone and res...

Is replacement of the DNX6020EX the only option? I just purchased a Kizashi 2011 SLS and have a similar problem - the DVD doesn't display the video (although the sound and title info is available).
