Re: key fob not working in cold weather

Yea.. I read somewhere that even though one key isn't being used it still drains the battery some because it's running and searching for a signal. True or not I will repalce the car battery and the key batteries. Appreciate the knowledge here

Re: key fob not working in cold weather

Why are both of my batteries going bad? I only use one? have the same issue with both. Hard to believe that is coincidence. Also, my car battery seems to be sluggish when starting. It should be replaced. Could this have anything to do with it?

Re: Recall Code VG - spiders blocking Evap canister vent

I just called my dealership. Said I am not the first caller but they say they don't have any parts to fix the issue(s). He said try calling next week. I gotta tell you, my garage is huge and I got spiders galore and my suzuki sits in there a lot. I just got a Ford Fiesta ST and so it gets a lot of m...

Re: Recalls recalls and more recalls

Another dissenter, I find so few people praise the car in this forum. I've not had any issues in 36k+ miles. I had a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT and had nothing but problems. I loved driving it but it had burnt out both headlights twice before 35K miles. Rear wheel bearing, Cruise control, check engine li...

Re: Just bought a Kizashi

On the GTS the TPM is standard.Trust me, i've had the TPM go off too many times with my OEM Dunlops. One had a slow leak and finally blew around 25,000. If you keep your pressure lower than 32PSI you will get the TPM on even if all are within tolerance. I complained about my TPM going off and when t...

Re: Manual tranny - Gear whine and rubbing noise?

I am not having a problem with hard shifting. Just a noticeable gear whine when decelerating either from 3rd to 2nd or 2nd to 1st.

Re: AC Compressor

Called today and still no part? Of course I have a prescription and my golf clubs in the Suzuki. Why is this part so hard to get?

Re: AC Compressor

Well, I get over to the dealer and he says that it's the wrong part and Suzuki will authorize a rental till the part comes in. The rental is a Lincoln MKS and it's heavy but comfortable.

I researched and nowhere do I see compressors being bad on the Kizashi. I wonder what's really going on here.
