Re: upcoming warranty advice PLEEEEEZ

(BTW my wife is calling it the "Sashimi" because she can't remember the word "Kizashi") Hahaha. Folks here call it "Kizzy or Kiz" sometimes. I sometimes call it "'Zashi". Kizashi is a Japanese word and means omen, harbinger, or "sign of things to come&qu...

Re: upcoming warranty advice PLEEEEEZ

I imagine the warranty situation is because of the recent news that Suzuki is leaving Canada. They announced it late last month. We have quite a few Canadian members so maybe a few of them can chime in on the warranty deal in Canada. As for high speed driving, the Kizashi is very solid at high speed...

Re: Ever tried paintless dent repair for small dents/dings?

Sweet. Thanks a lot. I will assess the damage better once I clean the car and look into how much it will cost to fix the tiny ding.

Ever tried paintless dent repair for small dents/dings?

Anyone here ever try paintless dent repair for small dings? Last night, I noticed a very small dent on my rear fender, close to where the tail light wraps around to the side. It must have happened yesterday as I was driving all over the place and parked in parking lots with other cars. It really loo...

Re: All lights updated and bumper blackout.

Nice. Not sure where you live, but North American Kizashi's have an adjuster screw cover for horizontal adjustment. This cover blocks access to adjust. I know you want to adjust height, but if you also wanted to adjust side to side, keep in mind there is a cover that you have to remove. I did a writ...

Re: All lights updated and bumper blackout.

Nice. Just a warning, you said you mounted a ballast to a battery. Just make sure the ballast is not touching the battery in case of any electrical problems or battery leaks. The ballast is a high wattage device so you just want to take precautions with it. Also, did you end up drilling the headligh...

Re: NYIAS 2013

It already past. It's late Jan to early Feb every year. It's good for car enthusiasts like myself, but it's not anything like the huge auto shows (LA, NY, Tokyo, Geneva, Paris, etc.) where makers showcase models for the first time.

Re: All lights updated and bumper blackout.

Nice, looks like you figured out the HID installation just fine. It's not hard.
Where did you end up mounting the ballasts?

Also, where did you get your LEDs?
