Re: Help CVT is making sounds

Noise from the cvt’s is usually caused by an interruption in proper fluid flow. It could be that you have a lot of debris on the pick up screen, and if you remove the debris from the pick up screen and had the proper level in it, then the noise could possibly go away. The oil pumps are the same. The oil pickup tube and pan are specific to the Vitara. Im glad you are not using the 2010 engine that has the possibility of cracking.

Re: few quick questions

Suzuki wants to give you the whole seat bottom as a campaign. The original passenger seat bottom can be used to fix up your driver side . The driver seat cushion, fabric, and or heater element. Drivers much more likely to wear out for obvious reasons.

Re: few quick questions

Before swapping seats around , you may want to get both your passenger seat recalls done and ask service dept nicely for the take offs so later when the driver pads shrinks/rips or heat grid fails you can put the take off passenger pad on the driver to fix.

First of all, I note that the ...

Re: New member/owner - Headlamp questions, not working

Hi fellow Kizashi owners! Back in 2007, ordered an SX-4 with all the options and a manual transmission. Great car but it had to go. A couple years later after I bought, I heard about the Kizashi which really looked perfect and then I saw on on FB dealing with "obscure" cars and travelled ...

While the balance is right on, the wheel run-out may be off. Possibly bent rim,s, or tire true-ness. I find alot of bent rims but at least the originals are easily straightened usually.
