Kizashi Replacement

Well, as many of you know my Kizashi got totaled by a red-light runner. A new car was the furthest thing from my mind. But I had to do it and buying another just didn't make sense. Especially since the only SLS models were hundreds of miles away. I kicked around the idea of flying to check one out i...

I can't imagine the work involved. I don't think any shop would touch it. My wife certainly wouldn't let me drive it around with no air bags. Although the passenger side air bag did not deploy.

Another one bites the dust

Well, my affair with my Kizashi has come to an end. On Sunday on my way home for services, a guy ran a red light and I couldn't stop before plowing into his driver's side door. It was cold, rainy and I was traveling no more than 30mph. Probably 25. Nobody was hurt. All my airbags deployed with a lou...

Re: The End of My Kizashi

Thanks for this. It will be helpful when the insurance company calls me. Mine was totaled on Sunday by a guy who ran a red light and I couldn't stop.

Thanks for this. A lot more cost efficient than buying kits.
