Re: New member/owner - Headlamp questions, not working

I use cheap Chinese LED for both high and low beams  putting LED in the high beam is illegal in my country but every year upon inspection I changed it to halogen after that I went back to LED and it is so useful. Putting any other bulb typpe than what is specified as original equipment is...

Re: My Kizzy

With the mountains and desert landscape, it's amazing how much Iran looks like inland parts of California. Ever drive out to the coastline?

Re: 2013 Suzuki Kizashi Sport SLS AWD

The world right now needs more people like Old Tech. Knowledgable, reliable, honest, communicative and willing to help. It's nice to read story like this. We are extremely lucky that despite owning such a rare car that has largely fallen away to oblivion, we have an expert professional mechanic her...

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?

The best access to the bulbs is by removing the front bumper and removing the headlights themselves so you can adequately reach the back of the headlights for bulb access. It's a pain for what should be a simple task. This is why it's a good idea to get LED or HID bulbs because they last a lot longe...

Re: Gear selector issue

Hello all, I wanted to ask if anyone ever had this issue or know why it's happening. I have a 2015 model Suzuki Kizashi with auto transmission. The gear box is working fine, no odd sounds or anything. Shifts nicely but when I shift it into park the gear box goes into park fine but the gear lever or...

Re: Anybody in the MN or WI area??

Nice. Is yours manual ? I love this bright interior. Basically looks the same like this one on the video. What amazes me is that I did know that automatic transmission can be only FWD. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk The Kizashi was offered in FWD and AWD with the CVT (Automatic). The Kizashi wa...

Re: New member/owner - Headlamp questions, not working

Welcome. As another Californian, I can attest that the Kizashi is ultra-rare in this state. Sounds like both of your low beams are out and given the hassle of replacing them in the Kizashi (pretty much requires the front bumper and headlights to come off for decent access) the prior owner did not bo...

Re: Starting problem in cold weather: Ignition issues? Solutions?

Hello fellow Kizashi enthusiasts! I've been experiencing difficulty starting my Kizashi in cold weather, and I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue or has knowledge about the ignition system. I've noticed that on colder days, it takes multiple attempts to start the engine, and some...

Re: Cracked Tank

I'll offer the counterargument as I got the recall done a while back. What any Kizashi owner should do depends on how they weigh out the pros vs. the cons: I got the recall done as I did the first time related to the issue. Basically, the gas tank venting design allowed for a certain but common spid...
