Re: Highest mileage
Driving car with manual gearbox is much more engaging to drive cause it let's you master the engine in the way you want. Everything depends from the way you switch the gears, and when driving manual gearbox only experienced driver can get the most out of the engine, when he knows which gears should ...

Re: Kizashi 2012 fuel economy
6,5 liter on Highway? That I can accomplish only when I drive strictly 60 mph in 6th Gear. How fast did you drive to get such a low consumption, especially with CVT? CVT should consumpt usually a little bit more fuel than manul, or am I wrong?

Re: Kizashi 2012 fuel economy
Here in Europe, we didn't have Accord 8th Generation the same as in States. Actually, what in US is called Acura TSX, was literally an Accord 8th gen in Europe. It looked exactly the same, had same engines and transmission, and only had that H instead of A on the front grill. The stronger petrol Eng...

Re: Highest mileage
Thanks KlutzNinja. I will have that on my mind when i do the transmission fluid change. I am mostly happy with the performance of my manual gearbox in Kizashy, however I must admit that the Civics, especially 9th generation has considerably better feel when shifting and that click-clack sporty feel ...

Re: 2012 Suzuki Kizashi Sport MT
Doors are solid on Japanese cars, but to be honest I previously owned two Civics, one was 2009 and the orher one was 2012. To tell you the truth, I was not happy at all with the factory paint and as I moved to Kizashi, I had the impression that the paint job was done much better especially looking a...

Re: Highest mileage
My Kizashi is currently on 84000 miles,or 135000 km. I bought it with 20k miles less and I drive it for a year and half now. Most of the Kizashis here in Europe have mileage less than 100k and is rather rare to see Kizzy with over 150k miles. The diesel and Petrol prices in Europe are much higher th...

Re: Kizashi 2012 fuel economy
Wow! The consumption of a Bimmer with so much power is really impressive, as the entire car. But this is true only when it's new. Because of the turbo Fever manufactures today produce a lot of cars with small turbo petrol Engines from 1 to 1,6 litre and pump it up with a turbo. So yes, the engines a...

Re: Kizashi 2012 fuel economy
15 to 18 L is extremely high fuel consumption for this car, something is simply wrong. It has been a year and a half since the Topic was created but I would like to share my experience. I drive MT Kizashi and if I drive it in the city, with a lot of stops and goes, a lot of short trips and cold star...

Re: 2012 Suzuki Kizashi Sport MT
Thanks for the picture, even though as you said, it is very hard to notice this deflector on a black hood. I seriously have to buy it as I do plan to keep this car for next minimum 3 to 4 years, maybe even longer. The guy who is going to do the paint job has worked many years in official Porshe Pain...
