For that matter, who BUYS coffee? The best thing about coffee is that a whole pot of it costs about a dime.

Re: Kizashi and friends

I did the same thing at GeoPalooza this year. 50 Metros/Swifts showed up on the shore of Lake Eirie last August. They let my Kizashi and a Samurai cozy up in the line without any shame.

That's about right in my opinion. $5,000 below sticker.

Re: Crack in engine block

Suzuki Esteem got the "J" engine back in late 1998, that was basically the same block. Never heard of any cracking. Early Aerios (J20) spun rod bearings and threw the rod through the side of the block from time to time.

Re: What Would You Pay for a New 2013?

I wouldn't have paid sticker A YEAR AGO. The instant that Suzuki announced their pull out, the price plummeted, that was a year ago.

Re: Really poor gas mileage

I do have the manual transmission, but I doubt that would be 5 mpg difference. 40 psi in the tires, and it was on cruise control about 95% of that trip. Lots of hills, but they evened out, as much up as down. Well, I started and ended at my home, so I'm sure they evened out.

Re: noise in reaer while driving

Sounds like the right rear wheel bearing. When you turn right, weight shifts over to the left wheel, lessening the load on the right.

Re: Paul Walker Passing

I read that he was in a tuner car which had been described by AutoWeek as "difficult" and "scary".

Re: Really poor gas mileage

Just did another trip for Thanksgiving, got 33mpg calculated, 35 mpg on the display. Ran 70 mph for about 70%, 80 mph for the rest. Temperature was about 40° F.
