Re: TPMS nightmare

Again, no realistic alternatives. Yeah, no sh|t. And I don't consider the description of the reality of this particular techno-marvel solution to checking air in tires in the first post of this thread realistic, at all, either. Accountability is worse than a frigging four letter world shouted in ch...

You can't fix stupid.

Re: TPMS nightmare

OK, so what happens when a driver with ignorantly low pressure has a blowout and veers directly into the opposing lane that you and your family are traveling in? You see, traffic safety is hardly about that one subject with the problematic vehicle. It can and largely does, affect others on the road...

Re: TPMS nightmare

Refreshing reply Woodie. I notice your subtle reference to the Firestone tires debacle on the very early Ford Explorers debacle which began this useless, must-have, annoying and expensive TPMS fad our exalted and knowledgeable leadership mandated. I purchased anew an Explorer (a '91) factory equippe...

Re: TPMS nightmare

This represents over 90% of drivers and you know it. Sorry, I don't know that. Certainly not 90% of the people I know. Even my wife knows when her tires need air. What I do know is: If that is truly the case, and you truly believe this, then we have more serious problems as a species than TPMS . Wa...

Re: TPMS nightmare

Thanks for documenting this. Your path to resolution will help many of us figure out the TPMS issues as they become more prevalent as the vehicles age and the batteries inside the sensors die out. Irony....it's not funny, but, I was sitting here reading this laughing my ass off, because just today,...

Re: Paddle shifter is not working for downshifting

Damn, that's disappointing. My downshift paddle ever stops working, I'll have to sell the car. I won't know how to drive it.

Re: Need shipping advice

I don't think there is any secret these days honestly. We have daily UPS pickup at work, have an account, usually ship to other commercial addresses (which used to be cheaper because they would also get regular drop-offs and pickups unlike residential) and it costs a fortune to ship anything one or ...

Re: What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?

Well it's that time of year again....what I did with my K today.... Fired her up, rolled her out of the garage , and... wait for it....drove it to work! After months in hibernation, stretched its donuts. Today was a wonderful day to give it a nice casual run. God I love this car.. After lumbering ar...
