Hey guys I'm in need of a new driver side door wire harness for my 2011 suzuki kizashi SLS. Seems previous owner for some reason got into the door and didn't fully push the male to female connector back together and now it has corrosion in it as well as pins damaged. I do have the rockford fosgate system not sure of the part number to be honest. I think this may be it but note sure
http://suzukiautomotiveparts.com/2011-s ... 7LD0-item/ believe it's # 18 which is what i selected.

Any other ideas would be nice too..the guy down at the shop i took it to said he could cut the wires and just route them like they used to...heat wrap, electrical type etc. But be a pain if need to get any work down in that area . I was wondering if maybe I could just get a male end of the harness hook up and rewire the wires to it...but then I have to make sure it has the correct amount/pins in the right location as well. The person called it the door harness or door boot harness...it's the one that of course goes between the door to the frame.

Where are you located? I believe all North American SLS models had the Rockford Fosgate audio system.
Are you sure the harness connections are beyond repair? You can buy some electrical contact cleaners specifically made for this purpose. You can find a can of it in an auto parts store. After cleaning, maybe apply some dielectric grease to prevent further corrosion. I was able to repair a faulty window switch in my former car this way.

Wally World carries that particular CRC product...at least mine does.

I live in new York and I believe it may be a lot of the pins are corroded and one even fell out.
