recommended engine oil manufacturer and viscosity?
No official information, but mine came with a Quaker State sticker in the engine compartment, and the manual recommends SAE 5W-30 weight.
In mine I am using Quaker State 5W-30 Ultimate Durability Full Synthetic motor oil. Works fine.
I also like Mobil 1 and Red Line brands, but I haven't used them in the Kizashi.
The Suzuki oil filter part number is 16510-61A30. The original ones are made in Japan; but dealerships may not have them and would sell you a filter made in China instead. I don't know if Chinese filters are good or bad; I personally just go to Walmart and buy Canadian filters there.

Had my First oil change done several weeks ago at Walmart.
Was changing to Synthetic and after they finished the guy realized he put regular oil in so they drained it again, put in a new filter and filled it with Penzoil Full Synthetic 5w-30. So I got a fill, flush and fill.

Diffently use factory filter aftermarket ones are iffy at best and some people are using amsoil in the car also were you only change filer every 4,000 miles and top off fluid and replace all the oil every 20,000 miles
