The Kizashi has a limit of using a 4gb usb thumb drive in the sound system, as stated in the manual.
I am currently using a Toshiba 16Gb usb in the port and its working fine.
Other brands that i have tried does not seem to work.
Here is a picture of which one i am using for those who wanna try themselves.
Its called Toshiba 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive PA3875A-1MAB
and its small enough that you will be able to close the covering

I'm using a sandisk 16g with no problem. The only thing weird about the head unit is that it will only recognize upto about 250 songs in a given file. I think there is a limit to how many files it will recognize but so far I have not scene any issues with over 500 songs in about 10 different files.

Came here looking for just this information. Just ordered me a Verbatim Tuff -n-Tiny! All my other USB sticks were just a bit too big, and it bothered me having that compartment open.

Just got one for $25.00 for cyber monday "reloaded" LOL. Felt the same about the regular stick, just way to big. Also didn't like the way the old stick flashes when being accessed. So not necessary.

Darn, having a problem with my new 8 GB Verbatim Tuff-n-Tiny that just arrived today. Loaded some songs on it to try it out and I get error code 1 when it's in the port in the car. Tried removing and inserting over and over and one time it began to play and after a second or two, went back to flashing error code 1. I formatted the disk and tried again, same thing.
Not sure what else to try on this one. It's SO small, I love it, hoping I can get it to work.

If anyone is looking for an even smaller 16GB USB drive then check this out
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820235063
It's only $17.99 on newegg (maybe cheaper somewhere else)
So i know what i'm ordering for my car so i don't have to deal with my stupid ipod anymore

I have one those verbatim 16g mini sticks. Works great. Barely visible and doesn't take up the space of a regular stick. Also allows to close the cubby door if you want to.
