H&R Lowering Springs

I recently got my H&R springs & I've attempted to put them on. I've done suspension work in the pass on Hondas so I'm thinking piece of cake. I take off the front driver side tire & saw that the sway bar links are attached to the shock. Never seen that before, & it has other stuff connected to it. I removed the bolt of the sway bar link & it bent due to the sway bar pulling down on it. I didn't mess it up or anything but I couldn't remove it.... Has anyone installed springs on their kizashi & could give me some hints!?? I'm dying to lower my car. & I dont have a lift which would make it way easier, I'm working on the ground with a jack

You'll need to disconnect the sway bar end links with the vehicle "axles" level - other wise the bar will be under tension and it will be mission impossible.

X2 - you need to jack up the whole front end. If you just jack up one wheel, you,ll be causing torque on the sway bar

I finally got the springs on... Will post pics later. I jacked the car up 1 wheel at a time, I had to use 2 jacks to help me. Took me about over 5 hours, smh. The drop looks great tho so it was well worth it
