If it is the case that they took it out...it is completely false advertising.

Our top of the line is the Kizashi Sports AWD, I got the 2012 model which doesn't have the navigation headunit so I get the Rockford Fosgate headunit + 10 speakers.
We only get the 3 models listed below in Australia
1. Touring (base model)
2. Prestige (Similar to the Sports AWD without the sports body kit)
3. Sports AWD (Top of the line which have everything)

So...are you saying you have a 2013 SLS with no subwoofer??? WTH is going on? Is there a speaker back there at all? Mine looks like there is a wire in the area of the subwoofer, but I cannot tell if there is one there.

Hi I have just bought a Kizashi 2012 My 13 AWD Sport. Love the car.... cept I was told it came with the Rockford Fosgate system -and boy was I in for a surprise when I cranked the stereo - and it was lacking big time!! check out my posts in other areas to read the deal on what happened there.... Any way the system I have for the Sat nav/ reverse camera is a Garman....I do have the radio with no issues -no extra cost.
Can someone with a GTS or SLS 2012 or earlier model, take a photo of your trunk space so we can see what the subwoofer and amplifier looks like?

I have since called my dealer and Suzuki America Customer Service. They are both looking into it...my salesman has decided that Suzuki changed the 2013 and never told anyone, not the dealers, not the customer service, no one. He is a new salesman, in his training, he was instructed that they still had the RF Stereo, and all components. He spoke to a mechanic and they told him they are finding out that they have a Harmony stereo, no Sub, no Amp...WTH!!!
He is working to see what he can do for me, but I am not expecting much...this is very dissapointing.
