Hi there, I just noted a large crack (not caused by any people) in the lower panel box surrounding the usb port.

Does anyone else is experiencing this sort of issue? I need to find a replacement part and procedure to change this...any help will be most appreciated.

I believe the service manual has instructions on removing the console. I'm not sure where you can find a replacement though
