[HELP!]Backup Camera stopped working

Hey everyone!
I am totally new for this forum and happy that I found this website. I got a 2011 Kizashi SLS this June. The car came with a back up camera and it helped me so much in the last two months.
Because my phone could never connect with the car through bluetooth, I thought there could be some system setting issue, so I cleared the system setting to factory settings. After that, when I put my gear to "R", the screen didn't change to the camera, but remained on normal video. I called the suzuki dealer and it costs $110 to just diagnose it while I wasn't sure if the camera broke or the setting was wrong.
If anyone know how to deal with this issue, please let me know and thank you guys so much!!
