Hey everybody,

My kizashi SE's driver seat motors have stopped working, none of the controls work. I've pulled the seat control module that's on the side of the seat and everything is plugged in correctly, then I looked under the seat and both wiring harnesses are plugged in. Surely both the lower and upper seat motor's couldn't fail at the same time, so its likely a fuse or something right? Has anyone else run into this problem?

I wanted to check here because the dealership wanted to charge me 180$ just to look at it, so I'm gonna try and fix it myself.

Thanks lads

The fuse would be the first thing that I would check. Even before the connectors.

I'd start by checking fuse #8 - passenger side fuse box

My 2010 has power and ground to the seat, however the seat does not move when any of the controls are moved. Could it possibly be the power is broken in the module after the power input ? And how can I check that ?

The seat harness to control switch is a problem area. I would take a peek there.

At the control switch. Remove that side seat base trim panel.
