Kizashi Club

I am having a lot of difficulty with my Rockford Fosgate touch screen. I have to press buttons multiple times for anything to happen. I have found that touching slightly above the button works a bit better, and this makes me think the screen needs recalibrating but I can't find where to do this in any of the menus. I mentioned this at my last service and the dealer said he would do a software upgrade but the problem still exists.

Any ideas????
