Doesn't sound good. Anything wrong inside the trans, and the valve body is inside the trans, usually requires a complete trans replacement. They're not serviceable as far as I know.

Fix is here--
This works for Suzuki Kisashi/SX4, Dodge Caliber, some Jeep and most all with Jatco (Nissan) JF011E CVT Transmission
If you have newer Snap -On scanner.
Ignition key off.
Unplug large squarish connector at side of trans (front of vehicle).
Plug in scanner to OBD II port, identify vehicle and go to TCM menu.
Now clear P1825 code.
If code clears, proceed to next step.
Go back to TCM menu.
Choose auto trans calibration and enter.
Calibration (TCM module valve body ROM erase) should complete.
Turn Ignition key off.
Reconnect large connector you took off on trans.
Turn ignition key on.
Valve body ROM has now updated TCM with new ID.
Random trans codes may appear with P1824.
Erase those and turn key off.
Start engine and drive (car will feel sluggish at first, like limp mode).
As you drive, transmission will begin to shift normally. Keep driving for 12 minutes, try to do at least 30 mph for the most part.
Stop vehicle and idle for 1 minute.
That should do it.
I hope this helps and saves unneeded trips to the far and few between dealerships.

Soooo...what's the Snappy-scanner state the cause of the codes being triggered in the first place was?
