Wipers won't park

Has anyone had the problem that their wipers won't self park?
Mine just started doing this last week, not a big deal as I can hit the lever a couple more times until they do. I know they used to get 12V all the time which was applied to the motor if the wipers were in any position other than home. Then, a separate circuit applied voltage from the steering column lever switch. I need to unplug and replug the wiring under the hood, and if that doesn't fix it, take a good look at the wiring diagram. I hope it's not inside the motor.
