Kizashi Club

I bought this car maybe a week ago and the USB port and cigarette lighter next to it doesn't work. I checked fuses and it doesn't seem to be a fuse issue. Ports don't charge and it doesn't recognize anything plugged into it. How can I fix this?

The seat adjustment seems to have quit working and none of the memory or adjustment buttons work. Not sure how to fix this. It's also not a fuse problem, unfortunately. Any ideas as to what I should check?
