CVT whine at 30,000Kms - FIXED!

I drive my 2016 Kizashi mercilessly on freeways and through the hills. Love it. But at 30,000 kilometres it started making a whining noise from the CVT under hard acceleration going up hills. So I changed the CVT oil as per a TSB shared here on the forum. Put about 12 litres through it (approx 11 quarts), draining, shifting through gears, draining, etc. The original dump was tinged brown. It's all bright green again. Whine gone. Will look again in 10,000 km. Happy days.
