In the attachment picture of my temperature indicator when the car is warmed up. So it is not optically in the middle. Is this how it should be or should it be moved somewhat to the right?

I'd say it's right about where it should be. No worries.

Yes, it"s perfect. Is your fuel consumption always that high?

Yeah fuel consumption is very high and judging by the ambient temperature, it's not because the engine has to be warmed up...

Is this time instead of car mileage on display?

I just bought this car. The previous owner said that this is the level of fuel consumption. I passed 200km and I did not reduce the level of combustion.

Last 50km I traveled very calmly at a steady speed, and the fuel consumption level dropped by only 0.1l. What could be the reason for such a high combustion despite the driving style?

Of course consumption can vary a lot, but you shouldn't be over 10 in the summer unless all you do is stop and go in the city... and even then...

Man that's really poor. I hammer on mine a lot anymore with my commute and the lowest I've read on the HUD in the past year is 27-ish. Historically, the HUD has always been ~2mpg higher than actual calculations. Right now, I'm reading 28.1, so I'm averaging ~26 in reality.
Even at city economy, that would require a butt-load of idling to be that low. What does an actual miles driven per tank from full / qty replaced calculation yield?
