My 2012 catalytic converter is failing in my car smells like rotten eggs. The check engine light has not come on it seems to still be performing properly. What part do I need to replace to make this problem go away? And where is it located?

The sulfur smell is a good sign that the cat is working but maybe too hard try to clean up an over rich condition. It could be as simple as cleaning your maf. Try that first. If that doesnt do it , youll need someone that can read a scan tool.
