Cheap fix 01 seat trim

If someone has sat in either of the front seats that weighs over 130 pounds,the seat trim gets pushed off and won’t stay back on. Here is a fix for that. Drill a 3/16 hole through the steel frame and on through the trim. ImageImage. Feed a wire tie through , then using your biggest flat screwdriver, force the ripped flap back over where it belongs and pull wire tie tight.

Great idea. I've certainly encountered this issue multiple times but I think the original issue was caused by someone's purse strap getting caught between the seat and the trim piece. The sharp metal slices the plastic of the trim piece rather easily if pulled from it.
