PCV Tube/Pipe replacement

(Kizashi 2012 AWD)Hi everyone! Trying to find a replacement for 11192-57L00 HOSE, PCV. I've found results from online sellers overseas but not any luck in the US. Rock Auto has some alternative parts which may work just need some direction on specific one to get. Any help would definitely be appreciated.

I am in the Netherlands where dealers can still sell it to me so dont know about US. But some people here order overseas from megazip and it seems to work great.

Is your tube torn or damaged or are you trying to replace the PCV valve that's in it?
