Cruise not working

Well I click the cruise control button on my steering wheel and nothing happens was like this when I got the car not sure whats.wrong ive.checked the only fuse i found for the cc under the driver side floor board i look it up online at the parts store it claims to have a cc relay but i have yet to find its location only thing don't like about my kizashi....I drive long trips often so I'd love it if I could have any advice on this to get it fixed asap please ?

Cruise will not work with check engine or brake light on. Do a full scan for any trouble codes. Let me know what you have.
