Oil pressure light illuminating on off ramps

I had a 2010 GTS Kizashi 220k miles that the owner complained of the oil pressure light illuminating on off ramps and periodically other times on deceleration. I have seen this on three different cars now and the common denominator is high miles and maybe not the best of oil change intervals. The first two cars were cured by removing pressure regulator and polishing piston and bore with emery cloth. This last one I gave it a shot only to have it happening again after a few days . I removed the oil pan again and determined the bore was just too warn and replaced the oil pump/balancer.Image
