Hi there , have owned my Kizashi for around 9 years and I have noticed over the past few years there is always on the drive.
Now I check the oil religiously every week and the oil dip stick reads max.
Baffled what the leak / loss of fluid is.

Probably transmission fluid, it's basically oil too. You should get an idea from which side it is, engine is on the right, transmission is on the left. Lay down a sheet of cardboard and check it the next morning so that there will be only one mark. If you use white paper you should be able to detect color. Automatic transmission fluid and coolant both have distinct color. Manual transmission fluid, engine oil, and brake fluid are all the color of beer.
If that's a year's worth of drippage then it's nothing to worry about.

Hi Woodie , thanks for replying. Have checked all the fluids , Brake , Coolant , Oil Transmission .
All topped up last year and no changes. But guaranteed there is always a fresh patch

If you have an AWD model, I would have someone check the transfer case and rear differential fluid levels. Those hold less than a quart of gear oil each, so a very small leak (such as you appear to have) can become problematic before you realize something is wrong
