Does RF system support MP4 player?

Hi guys, just got the car a few days ago but couldn't get the RF system to play my MP4 player (philip 8GB Aria). Am i doing something wrong or does the system simply doesn't support it? thanks

If there are files in the supported format (MP3, WMA a few others) on it it should work if the device supports being used as USB storage. If it doesn't support that then the stereo probably won't be able to browse it.
