HD radio upgrade on Kenwood (nav) unit?

Has anyone done this - or know how its done? Head unit is "HD ready" but how does that get done? Thanks for any help.

It's in the radio owners manual. You need an HD radio receiver add on box. Note that it's a standard Kenwood item, you can get it from any car audio place, not the dealer

No install instructions in my Kenwood manual. Just operating instructions.

It tells you you need an add on module, I assume the install instructions come with the module
